I am a Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience working for the National Health Service. For the last 17 years I have worked in the local area in a variety of settings. During my last two years in the NHS I managed a local mental health resource centre. I am passionate about supporting people in their journey towards recovery and supporting volunteers in their personal and professional development. I have undertaken training courses in counselling and coaching. I have facilitated many groups over the years covering subjects such as assertiveness, self-esteem, and anger. For many years I facilitated a Men’s Group in Falmouth. I have also facilitated a 20 week Men’s Group in Penzance.
