Over the years, I’ve supported customers and internal teams across various platforms - solving problems quickly, documenting processes clearly, and ensuring system integrity. From reviewing data accuracy at U-Haul to remotely troubleshooting video production workflows, I’ve developed an adaptable, systems-minded approach to tech.
