About Jonathan Golden

As a Metro Detroit native, real estate professional, and former appraiser, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I have been a top 25 producer with 10 years of real estate acquisition experience. Prior to being a realtor, I was a leader in the legal, tax, management, and architecture fields. These experiences instilled in me the discipline to takes to build a book of business, a potent network, and winning performances. I am currently a Metro Detroit Realtor for Semi-Retired MDs. I help MDs to semi-retire from medicine through real estate investing, so they can practice medicine of their own terms. I also work with several investors that acquire cash-flowing single family and multi-family, short-term rentals, and fix/flop properties for the purpose of bring in returns of 25% or more per year. My team and I have found over 50 off-market properties this year for our investors. Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community and serve as a member of The Richard Graves Group and P.B.O.T. I am deeply connected to the Metro Detroit Area. When I’m not working, Jonathan enjoys cooking, traveling, apologetics, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
