As an Executive VP at NTE AVIATION, I have the exciting opportunity to lead an experienced team in providing MRO products and services for turboprop aircraft and turbofan engines to the aviation industry. This leadership role includes working with our exceptional team members in: •Building strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and partners worldwide; •Enabling ongoing fleet operations through supply of Used Serviceable Materials (USM); •Developing and executing strategic growth plans; •Operations management, including at our in-house Part 145 repair station; •Sourcing engines, aircraft feedstock from a global installed base; •Offering MRO management services; •Contract negotiations. This role provides an opportunity to apply my prior experience in aerospace design and manufacturing (Parker Aerospace) in leading an established, successful team into the next era of value-add MRO solutions and profitable growth.
