Having 12+ years experience in all matters of Bar and hospitality food, field to fork food production, distribution and sales. I have a deep understanding of creating products and marketing them in a unique way to get the customer a win win purchase. I have experience in all aspects of sales, distribution, and product growth and have successfully brought products to the next level. I am currently part of my wife's small business "Born from the Sea" where I have seen her grow her unique business from strength to strength and love helping her bring her products to a wider Audience and customer. I felt I needed a change in sales and distribution and since 2018 have been working in the care setting between social care and acute needs care within the Mayo region and obtained a Batchelor degree in Social Care and Counselling (lvl7) from NUIG and I am currently an Assistant Manager and really enjoy where I work, I have seen massive positive change and love being apart of it all, I love bringing people to another level no matter there ability. The community in which I live is very important to me and I serve it ATM by being involved in our local Scout Group (25th Mayo Louisburgh) I am at present the Group Leader and love being involved in all aspects of the group including recruitment and program development and fundraising. I am and have been heavily involved in several fundraising projects within my local community and beyond and am always up for a challenge and new ways of fundraising! I am currently serving on the Board of Management for Lecanvey NS 2023-2026 and am proud to do so
