Headline achievements • Banking M&A change: led multiple change deliveries as part of large scale programmes for merger of LBG/HBOS and RBS/NatWest, and creation of the TSB Bank from LBG. • Regulatory change (Banking and Insurance): delivery of Basel and SEPA regulatory change within RBS, Solvency change within AIG, and for Ring Fencing within Lloyds Bank. • Customer-focused change: delivery of new mobile banking app using Agile-based approach.
