About Jonathan Grove

Growing up, I would dismantle and repair electronic toys and equipment in the hope of understanding how they worked and fuelled with that knowledge I’d then fix and reassemble without hopefully too many left-over components! Not all outcomes were successful but through perseverance my success rate went up along with my knowledge. My inquisitive nature and desire to achieve success was evident at a young age. Following my Masters degree at Warwick university, my career began as an Oracle training consultant – a daunting prospect given my limited industry knowledge but a great opportunity to learn Oracle from the ground up and my inquisitive nature shone through in really understanding how it works. My career with Oracle technologies still excites me which is why, just like in my early years of working out how toys work, I’m continuing to work out Oracle tools and technologies and pass that knowledge on through my own Consultancy – JXG Services. Work isn’t the only string to my bow. I’m a keen walker, marathon runner, car enthusiast and am in the final stages of single handily building a house.
