I help companies figure out how to spend their product and marketing dollars well and then show them what they received for their spend, whether through marketing or product. With this mission, I'm experienced in several areas. Having worked at both small and large companies, I had the opportunity to wear several hats. These are my skill areas:Product management: I was product manager guiding the product management efforts for a $500 million product for 4 years. Guided creative team’s efforts regarding this product line, as well as gave input and guidance on promotions, catalog messaging, training, and product training. I launched 5 of the top-selling products at my company (out of their 20 new products). I managed a team of product managers.Marketing: Product management, Product marketing, managing advertising campaigns and managing teams of lead-generation marketers. 10 years.(Saas, Higher Ed, Network Marketing)Analytics: Worked in a dual role of marketing and analytics for 4 years. Reporting, ad hoc analyses. Budgeting & forecasting. A/B and multivariate testing, full-funnel reporting from impressions to lead and from lead through the process of closing the opportunity—including sales metrics, such as speed to contact. The types of questions I’ve answered with data. What should we do with our $9 million budget? Who are our best customers? What are their demographics and psychographics (3 years market research experience as well).
