About Jonathan Hailer

I have been a licensed AME specializing in the structures category since 2002, and have been employed in the Aerospace industry consecutively since I am very familiar with the range of Aerospace products due to the fact that for the past 23 years, I have been working on and providing in-house support for a wide array of aircraft. From October to October of 2008, I worked as Lead Hand in our Structures Department, during which time I became very familiar with a variety of airframe modification and repair techniques as well as the mechanical aspects of aeronautical products. However, from October 2008 onward, I changed positions within the company to fill a role in the Engineering Department, providing Technical Support functions within our organization. The Technical Support role I occupy involves duties centered on ensuring the customer receives whatever form of technical support is needed to keep their projects and budgets within expectations. This typically involves either identifying in-house solutions to the problem or liaising with vendors and product OEMs to obtain a solution that restores the functionality and safety of the customer's aeronautical product.
