As a Specialist Customer Service Representative, my job is to aid our player base and my peers with my expert knowledge of our products. The support I offer covers a broad spectrum of fields. In-game Support, leveraging my many years of service, playing and working with each of our games, from simple "where do I go now?" queries, to more advanced troubleshooting when something may be broken. Technical Support, providing tried and tested step by step guides to the player to help them resolve their issues painlessly. Bug finding, receiving reports from the player base and investigating them to see if valid, before passing them onto other teams to investigate fully. Payment Troubleshooting, accessing products such as Adyen, or Ingenico and checking payment statuses. Also used to track down fraudulent payments using small pieces of information provided by the petitioner and following them to the source. I have been in this position for 16 years now, so am well suited to support my peers when and where I am needed. I have assisted in the training of agents that have travelled through the CS system into social media roles. I have a very strong focus on putting the player first, pushing for exceptions to help, rather than punish, where warranted. Outside of work I am a husband and father of 2 children. I have a love for photography, particularly sports and bird photography. Currently a member of the Cork Renegades Baseball Team, where I help out as a member of their committee and social media manager. This involves the use of Photoshop and the photos I take, to create content and design posts for the team.
