Jonathan Hammond Soccer Coach | Psychology Graduate | Club Owner | Advocate for Growth, Passion, and Purpose As the owner of the Florida Roots Youth Soccer Club and men's and women's amateur teams in the Gulf Coast Premier League, I am dedicated to advancing soccer at every level. With a USSF B Coaching License, a Club Technical Leadership Level 1 License, and a BA in Psychology, I combine expertise in coaching and psychology to develop athletes holistically. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management, I am committed to growing as a leader in sports education and administration. My mission is to nurture athletes' growth on and off the field by fostering teamwork, resilience, and a passion for the game. Leveraging my background in psychology, I empower players to excel under pressure, build mental toughness, and embrace personal and athletic challenges. Through initiatives like Firm Foundation, a faith-based soccer training program, I work to provide high-quality, accessible opportunities for players of all ages. Whether coaching, managing club operations, or mentoring, I focus on building community connections and fostering environments that encourage unity, discipline, and purpose.
