About Jonathan Harris

Throughout my work life I have always found a huge passion for the fashion retail market. Within my journey I have learned what it means to promote a business by: learning the brand to romance product, implement visual settings to build sales, elevating clientele, recruiting, interviewing, training, and coaching while being a role model for others to create/show overall results. I have learned the overall purpose of internal & external shrink to protect business revenue and conducting inventory. I've championed marketing and productivity tools to challenge the team so it can maximize sales while learning the importance of payroll and budgeting. Lastly, I've learned to execute operational procedures like: paperwork, policy implementation, and shipment to encompass a smooth work environment. My goal is to be an influence on a company's visual standards that are implemented within each chain store but it can only happen if I keep pushing towards the top!
