Hello, My name is Jonathan Helm and I am your local, full time Licensed Real Estate Agent. First off, I must acknowledge Keller Williams for giving me the opportunity to pursue my dream as a Realtor. I could not be happier to be a part of the KW family where I am surrounded by an amazing group of knowledgeable business professionals. As for me, I will start off by saying I am someone who is completely in love with what he does. Being in such an exhilarating industry has truly been an absolute joy because I always find myself in the position to make a positive impact during one of the most exciting times in a persons’ life. Having the ability to serve my local community, make a difference, and have the opportunity to help fellow New Yorkers is extremely fulfilling. My passion in the industry stems from my 8 years spent as a Project Manager for a high-end residential construction company. It was in this position where I learned valuable skills in relationship management, communication, and excellent customer service. I have done my best to transfer, leverage, and apply these skills into a gratifying career in Residential Real Estate! My past experience has given me great credence in that it has added an unique aspect to my business when it comes being knowledgeable in all aspects in dealing with residential homes throughout Westchester. As a local real estate agent serving the Hudson Valley, I am constantly looking for new ways to better myself and to continue to develop as a multi-functional business professional. My number one priority is to help as many people as I can regardless of their circumstances. I’m fully committed to my clients and my aim is to build strong meaningful relationships with everyone I meet.
