About Jonathan Herries

I am a focused high achiever, I have always been assessed to have strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. I have always been a top quartile performer and I have run teams of circa 50 at both first and second line management, both in and out of the Banking and Financial services sector. I am currently an Area Director in HSBC Business Banking Sussex & Surrey, looking to assist current and new clients to grow their business. We are very much looking to assist with a wide range of solutions to meet their individual needs. I am a mentor for six form students in under privileged areas. I have been a community school governor. I have under taken events for charity including the three peaks challenge and have complete a 100K trek across the Sahara in October 2013, raising in excess of for the Princes Trust. I have been a mentor for the tall ships trust taking 40 14-16 year old school children on a 10 day voyage along the channel across the north seas and then back up the Thames and through Tower bridge. This was a truly remarkable experience.
