About Jonathan Hill

My role as a University Human Resources Support Coordinator provides full front-line HR generalist support to campus administrators, faculty, staff, students and external customers. This position is responsible for responding to all types of HR inquiries within all phases of the employee life cycle. My position is responsible for a wide range of support activities from all facets of HR, including but not limited to, benefits, compensation, training, as well as other areas. This role also provides guidance, process and training support for core HR systems. This includes providing first-tier HR research and response, as well as escalation of complex issues to next-tier HR specialists as appropriate. This requires the ability to multi-task, switch gears frequently and possess strong insight as to how best service the customers. My mission is to provide complete HR support services with excellent customer service to our campus community and external customers.
