I am passionate about storytelling and crafting narratives that makes understanding and interpreting data more accessible for others. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for leading complex research projects from ideation to implementation and evaluation, preparing project plans, and managing budgets. In addition to the above, I am well-versed in DEI consulting, community organizing, and community/stakeholder engagement. While adding value and success to the organization, I can easily synthesize research to identify actionable insights with the aim of defining use cases, user journeys, and personas. Moreover, I regularly interact and coordinate with senior executives, staff members, and faculty members to ensure deliverables are completed with high quality in a timely fashion.
