A Seattle resident since 1998, I live and work in the city. Based out of the Compass Capitol Hill office, I concentrate on the city's central and northeast neighborhoods, including Madison Park, Washington Park, Capitol Hill, Madrona, Leschi, Laurelhurst, Windermere, View Ridge, and Hawthorne Hills.
