Upon graduating with a degree in Chinese, I attended my MBA at the International University of Monaco. I am a very calm, reflective, and structured individual with persistence in attaining each goal I set while lifting those around me to do the same, with an obsession for self-fulfilment and analytical intelligence. I am a composed, focused, people-oriented and persistent leader, who delivers excellence in terms of performance not only for myself but for others too. I am a secure and reliable person who has acknowledgeable social abilities. I feel comfortable meeting new people irrespective of the situation. Working in groups comes naturally to me and I have the confidence to take charge and lead the team towards suitable and successful solutions. I aspire to become an expert in the field of leadership. In the future, I aspire to focus far more on creating greater depth in my knowledge of leadership and relationships. To an extent that I plan to attain a DBA and direct my professional career toward finding solutions to communicational uncertainties and cultural differences. With the initial steppingstone being to deepening my knowledge through a second master within Digital business development. I currently work as a Project Manager for Sogeti. I am a charismatic business leader who drives innovation, stability, and nuanced thinking, in a highly competitive market. As a Project Manager, implementing strategy and ideation has fostered my creativeness in terms of a problem solver/ innovative thinker with a track record of implementing and setting up various dealers and improving customer relations, which increases brand awareness, drive reliability, and engagement. My background in Chinese, and over 10 years of working experience with a highly international farming manufacturing company, has deepened my understanding of organizational structure along with the breadth and depth of my business acumen, proving my strong ability to navigate through extraordinary challenges. The vibrancy of the manufacturing business requires a high level of commitment and determination to achieve results, a skill that I have become ever more acquainted with through my 10 years at Väderstad AB.
