About Jonathan Hon

I'm a manager with over 10 years of experience with Deloitte's Global Employer Services (GES) group during which I've gained extensive knowledge in regards to Canadian payroll compliance. Over the years I've specialized in cross-border payrolls, including non-resident employer certifications, social security coverage applications, taxable benefit assessments, due diligence and payroll audit reviews. I'm a member of the Canadian Payroll Association and have presented at seminars addressing payroll requirements for employees on international assignments. On the side, I enjoy expanding my knowledge base on a variety of topics - whether it be through a published article, podcast, or even a personal conversation. At the end of the day, the name of the game is to learn something new and further my knowledge in everything I do.
