With over seven years of experience in the credit union industry, I am a skilled and reliable Indirect Underwriter at Chief Financial Credit Union. I use my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to evaluate and approve loan applications, communicate with dealers and members, and ensure compliance and quality standards. I also leverage my coaching and customer service skills, which I developed in my previous roles as a Senior Contact Center Agent and a Contact Center Team Lead, to train and mentor new and existing staff, provide feedback and support, and deliver excellent member service.
