I've worked across the UK and in the USA and Canada in numerous facilities, I'm experienced in managing large teams, delivering change in business at pace, and leading worldwide projects. I'm a confident leader and pragmatic problem solver, I'm passionate about the challenge high-tech manufacturing offers. Consistently exceeded expectations in reviews, relentlessly pursuing improvement. I am moving to Canada to start a life with my Canadian fiancé. I now have Permanent Residency. I have a First Class Masters in Manufacturing Engineer from Loughborough University. As a motivated and dedicated sportsman I enjoy working on teams, enjoying working with others and bringing out the best in people. I'm a confident leader and competition winning presenter, having been tested in both the RAF, and in the office, talking at levels from shop floor to leadership.
