About Jonathan Jones

Jonathan is a seasoned business professional based in Indiana, with over 10 years of leadership experience across the public, private, non-profit and government sectors. Currently, he serves as the Director of Leadership and Culture Development at Viewrail, where he spearheads and implements strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and corporate communications for those both inside and outside of the organization.Before his tenure at Viewrail, Jonathan led recreational programming for the City of South Bend in their nationally recognized and Gold Medal Award winning Venues Parks & Arts (VPA) Department. At VPA, he provided vision and oversight for over 80 programs, events and recreational services and managed over 170 employees. Prior to VPA, he led sales and marketing efforts for Matthews, LLC, implementing lead generation strategies and integrated marketing communications for their multiple subsidiaries.Jonathan holds an undergraduate degree from Bethel University and MBA in Marketing and Advertising from The Judd Leighton School of Business at Indiana University South Bend. He is also an active board member for Greater Impact, a non-profit business that seeks to mentor youth through meaningful work in South Bend, Indiana.
