About Jonathan Just

I care about people. In everything that I have done in my life from bagging groceries at Albertson's to remodeling a house to driving a squad car for MPI, I have worked to meet a need in someone's life. At times I have felt that I have been a little scattered in jobs, but I have seen that each one has added a skill. In construction I worked as a contractor who dealt directly with the homeowner or as a trade who dealt directly with the contractor. In security I responded to a wide range of situations, from motion alarms for businesses to assault/family violence. In various other jobs I have gained customer service experience. When I started working at Manheim Dallas, I took over two struggling accounts with low vehicle sales. Bringing a commitment to thorough work and attention to detail, I increased the sales to 90% and was given a budget to spend on the cars to further increase sales. In looking back over everything that I've done I have seen the pattern of service to and for others which is why I went to the police academy and later through training to become a chaplain. Now I get to build homes for people. For me, providing something like that is not only very gratifying but a pinnacle point in my career.
