About Jonathan Kalman

Jonathan Kalman is a Founding General Partner of Eos Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on backing extraordinary entrepreneurs and management teams seeking to leverage data, analytics and technology to re-imagine and re-invent the global insurance industry. Eos invests globally with a focus on North America, UK and Europe. Portfolio companies span cyber, claims, specialty underwriting & distribution, as well as longevity, health & wellness. The Eos portfolio includes such notable companies, as Cygnvs, Fountain Life, Fenix24, Roadzen, Ticker, Champ Title and many others. Mr. Kalman has been an early-stage investor for over 25 years and has private, public and regulatory board experience. He currently serves as a director of Champ Title, Family First, Player’s Health, Westhill Global, Buckle as well as The Institute’s blockchain consortium, RiskStream. Previously, Mr. Kalman was Managing Partner of Jaguar Capital Partners, a private investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Kalman was Chairman and CEO of a successful SPAC that merged with a Chinese state-owned enterprise in a landmark transaction creating the 20th largest cable system in the world. Earlier, he was Chairman and CEO of Katalyst Venture Partners, a merchant bank and early-stage venture capital firm. A long-time member of YPO, Mr. Kalman was Chairman of YPO Philadelphia.
