I’m a driven and adaptable professional with a passion for helping others and creating meaningful experiences—both personally and professionally. A lifelong learner, I thrive in diverse environments and bring strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a collaborative spirit to every role. My career spans production management, quality systems, and executive leadership across small, mid-sized, and large manufacturing operations. I began on the plant floor—writing SOPs, leading training, and managing service and scheduling—before moving into quality systems and NPI programs (PPAP, IQ, OQ, PQ). As Chief Operations Officer, I helped grow and successfully sell the business to private equity, and now serve as General Manager within the same PE group. With a background that crosses industries and company sizes, I bring a well-rounded perspective and the ability to connect with people at every level. Whether building teams, scaling operations, or navigating change, I stay focused, hands-on, and outcome-driven. I’m especially passionate about sports, health, and empowering others—always striving to lead with intention and impact.
