I am M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with extensive working experience in supply chain, maintenance and production. Experience as a Aftermarket Service Manager and member of the management group at Solving, Material Manager, production planner, maintenance supervisor, board work, different tasks in production ( paper mill) and sales. Supervisor experience as a Service Manager, Material Manager and maintenance supervisor which provides capability to lead the team, find new solutions in challenging world and lean thinking. Experience in board work by volunteering as a Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board in apartment company. Production work at paper mill in different positions in mechanical maintenance and production. Self-development and continuous learning are important to me. I am developing myself by reading, by attending in different trainings/webinars. Then finally putting what I have learned into practice. I am systematic and a good team player, and turning challenges into opportunities. In free time I enjoy travelling, which helps me to relax and gives new ideas and thoughts, how to improve my activities.
