About Jonathan Knorr

I have worked in retail and warehouse management for over 10 years and enjoy the difficulties of problem solving and people management that arise. I believe firmly that the best reason to go to work is because you enjoy your job and the people you work with. I constantly strive to create the best possible work environment and foster a fun and productive environment for both staff and customers. I believe the best customer service comes from those who are happy and knowledgeable in their fields. For me organization and structure are key to running an efficient and professional workplace, but you must remain open to new ideas and improvements. I am a creative thinker and excel at spatial reasoning, whether it's scheduling, product logistics, or problem solving. I gravitate towards shipping and receiving as product management is always a puzzle, but have high levels of experience in customer service. I find helping customers, both internal and external, to be very rewarding.
