A resourceful, innovative Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager with experience in most production aspects of an FMCG environment (processed meats, sauce and spice manufacturing and raw material management). I am currently the custodian for Food Safety Management at our organization responsible for the development/implementation/management/maintenance of policies and procedures/documentation for food safety and quality management systems including GFSI, HACCP/ISO as well as departmental/staff management, training & development in line with company objectives. I have solid grounding in executing/overseeing/reporting on full life cycle of policies and procedures implemented and responsible for internal (HACCP) and external audits (ISO 9001/Quality/Supplier/Customer/GFSI) as well as monitoring of non-conformances and communicating results/corrective action to relevant parties to ensure good manufacturing practices are constantly adhered to. I am well-versed in monitoring/managing hygiene standards in all areas; managing R&D projects; sourcing new suppliers; ensuring all customer requirements are met, and developing new products as per customer brief.
