He is also a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) by the SMRP certifying Organization in USA. A determined, diligent and competent asset management professional with effective communication skills at all levels, and always ready for new challenging experience, new environment, with responsibility and accountability. A team player, assertive, safety leader, teacher/trainer with good problem solving and decision-making skills. Jonathan is currently the Regional Asset Planning Superintendent - Mobile Asset. He brings on board 21years of vast organizational knowledge, mining equipment maintenance and asset planning in the mining industry. Well experienced in Microsoft office with excellent use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Pronto, Ellipse and SAP. He is well equipped with budgeting programs and skills such as Xeras, BPC and Asset Management Tool (AMT). Well experienced in condition monitoring programs such as J-Health system, Dingo Trakka and Oil sampling/analysis. ACHIEVEMENT: Set up planning systems and maintenance strategies for mobile maintenance surface in Newmont Ghana, Lead implementation of AMT, and SAP in Newmont Ghana successfully. First to be appointed Regional Data Owner( SAP Plant Maintenance) of the Newmont Africa Region. Set up maintenance planning systems for Golden Star Resources underground mine Major Physical Projects Lead and Executed Successfully includes; 1. Construction new mine maintenance tire workshop. Construction and fabrication new bulk lube facility. Modification of hydraulic cooling system on Sandvik D45KS production drills to resolve overheating.
