I oversee the full real estate lifecycle, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiation, design, municipal entitlements, construction management, and store openings. I work closely with C-level executives, developers, landlords, and internal teams to negotiate high-value transactions and deliver results aligned with long-term business objectives. Known for solving complex challenges, navigating high-stakes deals, and leading with integrity, I build portfolios that balance customer access, operational performance, and strategic growth.
