About Jonathan Krupka

In a world of specialization, I consider myself a generalist. I've worked across diverse fields & roles ranging from outside medical sales, running the paid media at a record label and now working in customer growth. At each of these companies, I've identified gaps in processes and picked up additional responsibilities resulting in accelerated promotions and career advancements. Some Quick Wins- Being the youngest rep 3M had hired to work in medical sales in one of the historically toughest territories (LA) and exceeding quota by 20%- Running marketing meetings with my favorite musicians and providing strategy for their digital & paid strategy- Making the jump to the tech space as a CSM and hitting my renewal rate each quarter and being promoted within a year of being at Demandbase- Exceeding all my KPIs in 2024 and earning the President's Club award- Starting and selling a real estate staging business with my wife, Madison. A self-proclaimed ambivert, I equally love being able to get to know clients on a personal level while deeply understanding their business and identifying win-win opportunities. Internally & externally, I take my brand seriously and always try to deliver energy, preparation, creative solutions and collaboration amongst those that I work with (while adding in a dose of fun & humor for good measure). When I'm not working, I'm usually running, cycling, hiking with my dog, attempting to learn Spanish or trying to cook something delicious (still trying to perfect the Ooni & Traeger).
