מזה כ- 12 שנה שותף גאה במסע של הפניקס אל הפסגה. התמזל מזלי לעבוד עם אנשים ומנהלים מדהימים שהפקידו בידי נושאים מאתגרים בהם אני מצליח לייצר ערך ולקום מלא בהשראה כל בוקר. בשלוש השנים האחרונות שותף בהובלת תחום ביטוח כללי. אמון על ניהול מוצרי פרט, יחידת הפרויקטים, חוקה עסקית, תקציבים ופיתוח עסקי. נהנה לייצר ולנהל שותפויות עסקיות משמעותיות. אומנם טסלה היא המוכרת ואהובה עליי במיוחד אך יש עוד כמה שאיתן אנו מצליחים לייצר ערך מדהים. כך לאחרונה יחד עם השותפים המבריקים, הובלתי הטמעה של פתרונות טכנולוגיים מבוססי ai והיום תהליך החיתום והתמחור אצלינו נראה אחרת. אני מייצר ומוציא לפועל תכניות עבודה ונהנה במיוחד כשמצליח לגרום לדברים לקרות באמת. גאה בכך שהצלחתי יחד עם הצוות המדהים שלי להביא את הפניקס למובילות מובהקת בשוק ביטוחי הרכב החשמלי בישראל. בתפקידיי הקודמים, הקמתי וניהלתי את מרכז התביעות הראשון של הפניקס "הנתיב המהיר". לאחר מכן הקמתי מחלקה עם 3 מרכזים נוספים וכך ביחד עם 150 עובדים תחת ניהולי וצוות הנהלה מטורף (בקטע טוב) הצלחנו להביא את הפניקס למצוינות יוצאת דופן בניהול התביעות. לאורך הדרך ניהלתי והובלתי אנשים. הוצאתי לפועל פרויקטים חוצי ארגונים ופעילויות הקמה חלוציות בהם אני גאה במיוחד. אני נהנה לדבר על ביטוח, ניהול, טכנולוגיה ובני אדם.(והרבה פחות על דת ופוליטיקה). אז אם את.ה חושב.ת שיש לנו על מה לדבר, בוא.י נתחבר ואולי עוד נעשה מזה עסק! Today, I hold the role of VP of Biz Dev and Chief of Staff at the leading company of finance market in Israel. I wake up each day excited to explore new ways of making insurance better. From launching PazGas Tel Aviv's first sales call center, through leading a significant change in the Phoenix claims management. Recently, with my teams I led The Phoenix to become an electric car insurance industry leader. My approach is simple – to infuse innovation and creativity into every facet.
