I am a Team Lead at GXS Bank, a pioneer in digital banking and fintech innovation. I have over a decade of experience in anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and counter financing of terrorism (CFT) and compliance reporting. I am passionate about leveraging regtech solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security in the financial industry. At GXS Bank, I led the design, maintenance, and implementation of the name and payment screening and watchlist management (WLM) guidelines, in accordance with MAS 626 requirements. I also provide inputs into new products and operational plans to support business strategies and forecasts. I also lead a team of analysts to ensure that all name screening and payment screening alerts are reviewed within the stipulated SLA. Previously, I worked as an AVP at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and DBS Bank, where I successfully launched AML/CFT systems and digital banking systems respectively, and was involved in various RPA, AI, and machine learning initiatives. I have a MBA from the University of Nottingham and a BSc from the University of Melbourne. I have skills in AML, digital banking, project management, and vendor management. I speak English and Chinese fluently.
