I’m motivated by environments that value collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. My work centers on improving onboarding, strengthening processes, and enabling teams to deliver predictable outcomes in complex environments.I’ve led multi‑workstream programs, built new operational functions, and improved implementation timelines through workflow redesign and data‑driven decision making. What I enjoy most is creating clarity, whether that’s simplifying a complex workflow, guiding stakeholders through a decision, or building artifacts that make a project feel organized and manageable. I like helping teams move with confidence and purpose. My strengths include:• Program & project delivery across SaaS and fintech platforms• Cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder alignment• Process improvement and workflow optimization• Data‑driven reporting, dashboards, and metrics• Technical integrations, API‑driven workflows, and onboarding frameworks• Coaching teams and elevating delivery maturityOutside of work, you’ll usually find me climbing, camping, or playing volleyball. I’m always exploring new ways to combine structure and creativity, whether in the outdoors or in the way I approach delivery.
