I am a Business Administration graduate with 15 years of experience in customer-centric roles, including sales, phone, chat, email, ticket support, and administrative tasks, with a financial background. From 2006 to 2016, I worked in office settings across various industries, including Industrial Sales, BPO Call Centers, an International Bank, and a Data Analytics Company. Since 2017, I have transitioned to full-time remote work, which I find more productive and less stressful. I worked as a CS from a company via Upwork for almost 1 year, then I was hired directly by Upwork as a Marketplace Quality Representative for 3 years. I've also worked as a VA for a Digital Marketing Company based in Canada and an Online Store managing it via Shopify based in Texas both companies for a year. I also worked part-time as a cold caller for a real estate company. I worked for 2 years at KYCKR, as an Information Services Specialist, it's a company based in Ireland that deals with sensitive information that must be provided to their clients. Then I worked with Black Car Rides as VA, a premium Luxury Car Booking for high-end customers for a few months then currently with Beycome a flat fee service Real Estate Company as Customer Support.
