I am a genuine, hardworking, individual who believes in always giving the best effort. I thrive in opportunities that allow me to work independently to prove myself. I work to get results and will not leave a project half finished. My previous work experience has taught me the importance of flexibility and prioritization. I am self-motivated to complete the work assigned and make adjustments to time constraints as necessary. I enjoy developing close relationships with others while maintaining professionalism. I have proven ability to work with a wide variety of ages and personalities. I have been given opportunities to be a leader and to manage others. I understand the roles of teamwork and reliability in the work place and take these responsibilities seriously. I know that circumstances and needs are consistently changing; I thrive in these moments that require decision and action. I have a solution-oriented mind and find it refreshing when a job requires this skill. I have a deep sense of responsibility. I feel that it is important to follow through with my given responsibilities. I have a very flexible personality, which allows me to stay productive even when I am pulled in multiple directions. I have a very positive outlook on the future. I anticipate and plan for what tomorrow could be. By nature, I believe that more is accomplished in reconciliation rather than in conflict. Even in a heated moment I look for common ground to begin building solutions. As a graduate of Utah State University, I have earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science. I have successfully completed courses in history, government, business, and economics. I have an understanding of people and am able to learn from others’ experiences.
