About Jonathan Lavery

Although I haven't any work experience yet, I have learned to be adaptable to different situations. I say that because through the sports teams I have been on, especially from high school football, I've had to react on the spot, communicate, and work with my teammates to keep things going smoothly. I believe that the more important piece is that I have always been "coach-able", being able to take in new techniques with some instruction and a little practice. To help support the team we also had to fund-raise, selling coupon books to whomever would be interested, so I do have some sort of experience in sales. I have since graduated from highschool and received my Diploma with Distinction. I made sure to keep a challenging class selection through my years. I was able to manage the work load from History or English class projects, Chemistry or Physics lab reports, and the constant homework from Math classes, especially Calculus during my senior senior year. If I can get myself through that, I believe that I can do well in a variety of job positions. Though some positions may take more training to become effective, I'd be willing to do so. Even more willing because I will be needing to buy books and supplies before I start my classes for UNH-Durham at the end of August.
