About Jonathan Leipoldt
Currently, I am working as an Education coordinator, Study adviser, and Lecturer/Researcher at the University of Amsterdam, Programme group Developmental Psychology. I am responsible for the coordination of all educational activities of our department and also teach various courses in developmental psychology and supervise students during their theses and internships. In my role as study adviser, I guide students during their studies and advice them regarding (personal) issues that form an obstacle for their study. My research focus is mainly on 24-hour youth care and I am also involved in projects around motivation of high school dropouts. My qualities lie in quantitative research methods, teaching and applied research. In my PhD, I have investigated the living environment in the view of adolescents who live in residential care. Therefore I am highly motivated to utilize my skills to help a vulnerable population. Colleagues describe me as communicative,analytical, flexible, and a pleasant consultant.
