Hello! My name is Jonathan, and I recently started a new position as a quality control microbiology analyst for the Individualized Neoantigen Therapeutics team at Moderna in Norwood, Massachusetts. Last May, I also graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where I studied biotechnology and cell and molecular biology. I have had a passion for science for as long as I can possibly remember, and the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic re-sparked my interest in it in a ton of new ways. I love doing research and working in a laboratory environment, each of which played a major role in why I decided to pursue an education and career in the biotechnology field. In the future, I would love to pursue additional education in medical laboratory science, as well as attend graduate school for a related field of science.
