About Jonathan Logie

I have a diverse range of construction experience on many challenging projects, working for tier 1 contractors in heavy civils, structures, building/commercial environment and fit out. I have worked on several projects where I have been involved in all aspects of the construction process from site set up through to handover. Having both design & construct and construct only experience I am a well rounded construction professional. Working to tight programmes I take pride in delivering a quality product. As well as a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering with Project Management I have a NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) qualification. Having this qualification whilst working for Sir Robert McAlpine in the UK I undertook monthly safety audits on other sites within the Scotland region. I have a strong health, safety and environmental experience due to this and I am committed to this morally for my fellow workers and for the protection of my employer and client. Working as part of a team and forming good relationships on dynamic complicated projects is one of my major strengths. This is either pre-construction during tendering or ECI's or during construction itself. I have over 15 years’ experience working in construction for tier 1 contractors. Areas worked in to date include but are not limited to heavy civils, structural concrete & steelwork, pre-cast concrete, demolition, earthworks, new build, complicated integrated facades, renovation, temporary works and all elements of fit out. I graduated in June 2008 with a 1st class BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Project Management (Sandwich) and with two additional awards. My sandwich award required me to complete 10 months of relevant work experience in construction.
