I help people feel more comfortable with technology—whether they’re learning how to use it for the first time or trying to make it work better. My background blends IT consulting, college-level instruction, and hands-on problem solving. I’ve worked with individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, and students of all ages to build digital confidence and troubleshoot issues in a way that actually makes sense. Through my consulting work and teaching roles, I’ve guided clients and learners through everything from basic computer skills to setting up 3D printers, using cloud platforms, and improving online communication. I’ve taught courses in multicultural communication and information technology, written tech documentation, and created cybersecurity policies. What ties it all together is a focus on patience, clarity, and adaptability—especially in remote settings. I’m currently open to part-time or freelance work involving tutoring, remote tech support, educational content, or training.
