As a software engineer and cloud architect, I have led and delivered multiple cloud-based solutions across various industries and platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). I have 11+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership, with a strong background in e-commerce and home services. My core competencies include designing, building, and scaling microservices, APIs, and frontend applications, using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Apollo, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. I have also mentored and enabled teams of engineers to work independently and efficiently, using agile methodologies, best practices, and modern tools. I am passionate about solving complex business problems with innovative and reliable solutions, and creating positive customer experiences. My most recent project was re-platforming Wayfair Home Services, a multi-million dollar business, from a monolithic architecture to a decoupled and cloud-native system.
