I am Jonathan Maier, a Business student at Xavier University in Cincinnati with a strong passion for investments and financial markets. My goal is to build a career in Sales & Trading, where I can leverage my analytical skills and market knowledge to drive impactful decisions. Currently, I work at Chase Bank, where I am gaining valuable experience in client relations, financial services, and risk management. This role has strengthened my ability to navigate the fast-paced world of finance while developing critical problemsolving and communication skills. I have a strong foundation in market analysis, with a keen interest in understanding market trends, risk assessment, and investment strategies. Additionally, I thrive in high-pressure environments, making confident decisions while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills, all essential qualities for a future in trading. At Xavier, I am actively involved in the Finance Association and the Accounting Society. To further strengthen my technical expertise, I am currently pursuing the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and will soon begin the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification.
