About Jonathan Mancuso

I’ve developed a nearly 18 year career in the construction industry that has covered field experience, sales & specifying, estimating, and project management. My experience began as a high school student working summers in the residential wood flooring field. This continued through my early college and immediate post college career. After a 2-1/2 year foray as a sales representative for a respected wine distribution company in the DFW area, I returned to the New Orleans flooring industry to work primarily with architecture firms promoting and specifying a specific brand of flooring. Due to work load demands created by a turbulent post Hurricane Katrina construction market, I redirected my efforts to estimating projects. This eventually led to my employment with a Texas firm where I worked primarily as an estimator and project manager for nearly 8 years. In 2016, I made the bold move into a completely different segment of construction when I accepted a position as an estimator and project manager with Integrated Interiors, Inc of Fort Worth, TX, a highly revered drywall & ceiling contractor. After two years in the new industry I have been entrusted to manage an upcoming project valued at more than $8M. Over the years I have fully developed a clear understanding of the construction process, how to recognize and avoid problems before they arise, and how to best maximize efficiency in both the office and the field. But I believe that, most importantly, my change in career path from the flooring industry to the drywall industry effectively demonstrates my ability to adapt to changing circumstances and how to quickly acquire and master new skills.
