About Jonathan Marin
For over 10 years I've worked with visually impaired students. Throughout that time I have developed healthy relationships with a variety of employers and educators. I am willing to train staff and help develop internship programs for institutions or nonprofits that are interested in creating internship opportunities for blind and visually impaired young adults. Running the Career Discovery Project at City Access New York has given me the freedom to create a wide network of employers and students and further develop my skills as an employment specialist. We have over 30 partner sites and have serviced over a 100 blind and visually impaired students since the start of the program in 2013. I'm currently working on SEE US, a photography book about 6 visually impaired young adults that are balancing their lives between work, home, and school.
