About Jonathan Mark

I often work at the intersection of business, technology and creativity, blending expertise in digital production, product and software development, and managing complex programs on a global scale. Over 20 years of international experience including 10 years in Japan, gaining plenty of international and cross-cultural experiences. I have passed JLPT N2 and speak business level Japanese. Here's a little more flavor about who I am- I hold PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma and PRINCE2 certifications and I am a certified ScrumMaster. I have extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. I also possess a general understanding of various AI tools and technologies- I've established and taken new businesses from start-up to robust entities, and I often use startup thinking and agile delivery methods to help established companies evolve and modernize in new ways- I craft lean, collaborative and high-performance teams, either from the ground up or by breathing new life into existing structures.
