To date I have spent most of my working life in the IT field working on projects for Commercial, Engineering and Industrial Companies. More recently I have been involved in several large projects in the railway and light rail arena working on the planning and delivery or large infrastructural projects, namely; The Victoria Line Upgrade, Edinburgh Tram (Oct 2011 - Feb 2012), Dublin MetroNorth (Nov 2006 - July 2009 & Dec 2009 - Jan 2011), Dublin Interconnector (Sep 2009 - Dec 2009) and Newcastle Metro (Jan 2011 - Aug 2012, Jan 2013 - Nov 2014). I was also involved in several projects for Railtrack. I also work with companies to develop business systems that will support them in gaining their Integrated Management System Certification (i.e ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001). Specialties: Application of Project Management software such as Primavera (P3e, P5 & P6) for major infrastructure projects, NEC3/NEC4 Contract Plans and Prolongation Analysis, Open Source tools for SMEs, database applications, integrated management systems to support ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001. Website systems development to provide business support.
