Background

About Jonathan McDaniel

I have spent all of my professional career working in support. I have a passion for technology, but more than that I have a passion to see others succeed and feel I am at my best when I am helping others realize their potential. I have the patience of a saint when it comes to dealing with complex problems. Consider me if you need a compassionate leader who's desire is to foster a community that makes a difference. I excel in auditing business structure and designing and architecting solutions that users can self manage along with providing training and on-going support and documentation for any changes implemented. I have spent the majority of my career reorganizing the businesses I work for and I have been chosen for many pilot programs because of my thorough approach and tenacity to try new things and provide direct insightful feedback while wading patiently in ambiguity. I am here to extend my net and change the world, let me know if you have a place I can serve.
