I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health from Louisiana State University - Shreveport with a graduation date in March 2025. As a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with over two years of healthcare experience, 10+ years of experience in customer service, and 4+ years of experience in leadership roles, I bring a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills to my work. My career journey reflects my passion for empowering individuals and communities to lead healthier lives. From serving as a Disease Intervention Specialist to my current role as an Occupational Health Educator, I have gained valuable experience in both clinical and community health settings. These experiences have deepened my commitment to addressing public health challenges through innovative, data-driven solutions. As a project lead on data collection initiatives, I aim to transition into roles that combine my strengths in health education, epidemiology, and analytics. My long-term goal is to contribute to evidence-based public health policies and programs that have a meaningful impact on population health. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
