About Jonathan Meredith

I have always been involved with management. While I was a student at WPI I was managing their on-campus bowling alley, Gompei's Gutters. At the same time I was managing several vacation properties just over the border of Vermont in Canada, for my owner-operated startup company Memphremagog Lodgings. Later after I graduated from WPI I did a 6 month paid internship in Veterinary medicine in New York City and Westchester County. There I learned how to build a different type of business from the ground up, and establish a marketing program to build a solid client database from scratch. After my internship ended, I started my own company, Meredith Enterprises Management Inc, which currently manages several single family homes with the goal being to generate income and maintain buildings and tenants properly in order to build wealth and equity. We also contract out for snow plowing in the winter months, and are looking to expand our current fleet to handle more jobs. Currently, on top of maintaining Memphremagog Lodgings and Meredith Enterprises Management, Inc, I also work as a Realtor for Century 21 North Shore in West Peabody, Massachusetts. While my office is based in West Peabody, I can operate anywhere in the state of Massachusetts, and am willing to go that extra mile to help out a friend or client in need. My long term goal in the Real Estate Industry is to develop my personal network for use across all three of the companies I'm involved in, and obtaining large scale residential and commercial buildings that will be well maintained and improve the communities they are based in.
